Who we are.
We are the Productivity Company B.V. (hereafter: TPC), a private limited company with our registered office at the Van Nelleweg 1, 3044 BC in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Company registration number: 000036439193, Chamber of Commerce number 67955169.
The majority shareholding in TPC is held by The Lean Six Sigma Company (hereafter: TLSSC) B.V., a private limited company with its  registered office at Van Nelleweg 1, 3044 BC in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and TLSSC Limited, a private limited company with its  registered office 35 Ballards Lane N3 1XW London, United Kingdom.
TPC is part of the TLSSC group of companies which may act as an agent on behalf of TPC.

What do we do.
TPC acts as the online e-learning platform for TLSSC as well as third parties (hereafter: relevant parties). These courses can be ordered on TPC, TLSSC and affiliate websites (hereafter: order website(s)).

How we may contact you.
If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your communication with us on website which was used to purchase the relevant course (hereafter: the order website).

Where to find information and prices with respect to our online courses.
This information and price of the online courses can be found on the order website(s).
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the online course advised to you on the order website(s) is correct.

How do you enrol for the online course.
After indicating you agree to our Terms and Conditions on our order website, you will be asked to provide your personal details (hereafter: student details) and you will be directed to our payment module. The student details provided will be retained by TPC/TLSSC for its business purposes and passed to external bodies only in accordance with TPC’s statutory and legal obligations.

How does payment work.
We accept payment made through the payment options which are indicated on the order website.
You will be directed to the payment module after your agreement to our terms and conditions and providing student details.
At our discretion, we can accept payment by invoice. Please contact our customer service team for more information (see above ‘How to contact us’).

When is your order accepted and how do you access your online course.
Upon receipt of your payment you will be provided with details to access your online course within 24 hours by e-mail. These details will contain login details and link to the online course. The e-mail containing these details serves as an order confirmation.
Upon receipt of your payment a contract will come into existence between you (hereafter: student) and TPC.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the online course.
Using the provided login details student can start the online course.

How does certification work.
TPC can be licensed by TLSSC or the relevant party to provide certification for the online course. Upon passing the exam the student will be directed to a module which enables the download of the relevant certificate. The certificate will be made out using the student details provided on the order website. TPC cannot be held responsible for the certification criteria and recognition which are determined by TLSSC or the relevant party.

What happens if an incorrect price is stated.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, an online course may be incorrectly priced on an order website. In such an event we will advise the student as soon as possible stating the correct price.

–       In case the correct price at the order date is higher than the price advised on the order website at the order date, we will charge the lower amount.

–       In case the correct price at the order date is lower than the price advised on the order website at the order date, we will charge the correct price. 

What happens if you change your mind
For our online courses you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days (the period) after the day we provide the order confirmation by e-mail in which case we will refund the payment received in full.
However, once you have completed the online course you cannot change your mind, even if the period is still running.
If you cancel within the period but after you have started with the online course, we will only provide a partial that part of the online course you have not completed. The part of the online course you have not completed will be expressed in a percentage (hereafter: the uncompleted percentage) of the total course. The partial refund will amount to the uncompleted percentage of the total amount received. TPC records serve to establish which part or percentage of the course has not been completed.

Legal issues: content ownership, responsibility, jurisdiction
The course content, such as, but not limited to, the video’s, text, animations and visuals are the property of TPC.
The course content cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither TPC or any party acting as an agent for, or representing TPC, nor its employees, trainers or consultants (hereafter: TPC and affiliated parties) accept responsibility for the actions of any persons or parties who or which have enrolled, followed, studied, read or have knowledge of the online course or content thereof. TPC affiliated parties are not responsible for any interpretation of the online course in litigation, or responsible for any loss or damages incurred as a result of relying on the online course or the content thereof. The contract between the student and TPC is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
