General Questions

We like to think we are. So far we haven’t had any dissatisfied students, and we haven’t run off to Mexico just yet, so you should be fine.

Course Questions

You will have access to a purchased course for two years, after which your course subscription will expire.

This depends on the course. Some courses have an end exam that you can re-try as many times as you need, and others have a fixed limit of re-tries, such as the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course, which can be taken three times before being locked.

Our courses are optimized for desktop and laptop, but can also be followed on tablets and cell phones.

Currently our courses are optimized for Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Opera.

Our platform and navigation structure was designed in English, but most of our courses are available in both English and Dutch.

You’ll need an internet connection to access and follow your purchased courses.

Payment Questions

You can pay for your courses by PayPal, iDeal, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Our payment services are provided by Alphacomm Solutions. Your transaction will appear on your bill as ALPHACOMM SOLUTIONS BV.
We do not accept cryptocurrency or conflict diamonds.

To buy a course, please visit the corresponding product page and click the ‘Add to basket’ button. A pop-up will appear, asking you whether you’d like to make a single purchase or purchase multiple licenses.

Unfortunately this is not possible, as our payment system does not allow the option to send an invoice before payment has been received.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes your invoice.
